Situated on the river in the desirable Southcott Pines, this fabulous home/cottage, is available for rent all year round. A Brookbank Gem is situated five minute walk away from the Southcott private beach, 1 km from the Main St and the main beach in Grand Bend and 20 minutes south of the great shopping in Bayfield. Just a short drive to the Pinery Provincial Park and many attractions that are offered there and a short drive to many great golf courses. This fabulous home/cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
Our Cottage Offers
- 4 bedrooms, 2 with a queen size bed and 2 with 2 twin beds.- all the china, cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle and BBQ
- A TV with DVD player.
- Linens and towels are NOT provided.
- We provide toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags and municipal tags and recycling box. We ask that you put the garbage out on thursday evening for friday pick-up.
Basic Rules
- We expect you to clean up at the end of your stay, leaving our cottage in the same condition in which you found it- We would like you to treat our home the same way you would expect yours to be treated.
- We rent only to families to a maximum of 8 people.
- NO SMOKING in the cottage
- NO Pets
Rates
Rate for the months of June, July and August is $1,400.00 per week. Weekend rentals are not available during these months. Weekend rentals at any other time are $500.00Go to the Contact Us page to check on availability
